UK Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be sent out by 1st Class Recorded Royal Mail as standard for small flat items at £1.50 each and 2nd class Recorded for parcels at £3.00 each - UK shipping, Prices for postage are as above unless otherwise stated, if you require your order to be sent out by next day or International please contact me to discuss.

I do my upmost to charge direct postage prices therefore if you have ordered more than 1 item you may recieve a shipping refund within 5 days (refund is dependant on combined postage costs).

Each item will be wrapped securely in bubble wrap and box or envelop depending on size, so it arrives safely.

In stock orders will be sent within 36 hours.

Photography

All Photography is done to show the best representation of my items, there may be a slight variation in colours due to camera reflection.

Returns & Cancellations

A happy buyer makes a happy seller, All items are handmade with the highest quality especially for you, if you have any problems, please email us first and we will do what we can to make us both happy.

Distance Selling Regulations

Cancellations:

You have the right to cancel from the moment you place your order and doesn’t end until seven working days from the day after you receive your goods. If you require to cancel an order please do so by emailing us at tootsieshandmade@live.co.uk

Returns:

If you want to return unwanted items please email me to receive return address details, within the above timescale ,all unwanted item shipping costs are your responsibility.

Damaged goods:

If your item is damaged please contact us by email within 3 days of receiving your goods, to arrange return and full refund or replacement item. (return shipping costs will also be refunded)

Personalised goods and Earrings are non-returnable unless damaged.

Refunds:

Unwanted Returns: Refund of Full Item price only.

Damaged Goods: Refund of Full payment (Inc shipping) if the above damaged goods policy is adhered to.
